If an order is damaged in transit from PhotoText to recipient, please notify us immediately explaining the damages. Please send it back to us we will then repair or replace the order and send it back to you.
Please keep artwork out of direct sun light due to the nature of the sun to damage the developing of photography, this will insure and prolong the life of your artwork. If an order fails to uphold its self during the practice of proper care for the product please contact PhotoText and we will tend to your artwork as soon as possible.
